Notice Description
The procurement comprises Fourteen Trade Lots in order to deliver a multi-trades day-to-day common reactive repair and void repair service throughout the Association's housing stock. The Trade Lots are as follows: - Lot 1 - Multi-Trade Lot 2 - Out of Hours Lot 3 - Builderswork Lot 4 - Communications Lot 5 - Electrical Lot 6 - Joinery Lot 7 - Plumbing Lot 8 - Roofing Lot 9 - Stage 3 Medical Adaptations Lot 10 - Voids Lot 11 - Glazing Lot 12 - Painterwork (Minor works) Lot 13 - Scaffolding Lot 14 - Underground Drainage

Multi-Trades
Knowes Housing Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 5 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period.
BuildersworkKnowes Housing Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 5 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Out of HoursTwo contractors will be appointed to Lot 2. The most economically advantageous tenderer for Lot 2 will be awarded the contract and the second placed bidder will be a reserve contractor in the event that the appointed contractor fails to deliver the project and meet performance targets.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
