All Trades Routine Maintenance and Repair Works 2023-2027
All trades routine maintenance and repair works including routine reactive repairs and void repairs to existing stock including joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, roof tiling and builders work. The contract requires availability outwith Lot 2 Emergency 24 hour coverage and covers all standard days per annum.
Renewal: Possible option for two one year extensions
All Trades Emergency and Q1 Repair Works 2023-2027All trades emergency, emergency (out of hours) and qualifying 1 (Q1) repair works including joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, roof tiling and builders work to existing housing stock - excludes routine and void repairs (Lot 1).
