It is Rural Stirling Housing Association Ltd.'s intention to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for the Multi-Trades Emergency Out of Hours work to deliver a multi-trades reactive repair service throughout their housing stock.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period.
