This is a contract award notice for the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service notifying of the award of a framework call-off from the Scotland Excel Audio Visual Framework (06-18) Lot 5 - Service, Repair & Maintenance. The scope of services includes support and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Conferencing facilities across all the main COPFS offices as follows:Equipment Fault Diagnostics and Repairs, Software Reconfigurations (optional if required), General Support and Maintenance, Equipment Replacements (services only), Equipment Moves (including cabling), Installations of new suites, and Decommissioning.

Options: The contract value includes a bank of professional services days to cover ad hoc requirements, but the call-off may incur additional charges for replacement hardware and parts as required. These cannot be predicted, so a contingency of 50% of the contract value is required to cover such costs.
