Notice Description

FHG wish to appoint a suitable trained and competent grounds maintenance contractor to work alongside us to maintain our properties and communal areas to the highest possible standard. The contractor must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service through their ability to communicate and deliver the service within the details contained in the associated tender documents. We are looking to appoint a contractor on a two year contract, with the option of two single year extensions, if agreed.

The requirements of this contract are detailed in the Appendix documents but include grass cutting, hedge cutting, weed control, leaf control, pruning of shrubs and trees and litter picking and winter salting and clearance works in various communal areas in Fife. We require our contractor to deliver all of the above must be achieved whist providing a first class service to tenants and adjoining owners.

Renewal: 2 x 12 month extensions if agreed
