                "description": "CAS currently uses Sun Systems v6.3 as its main financial package, along with the following linked products: Electronic Procurement System - P2P/FinDocs - v4 Reporting - QA Executive v10 Reporting/Loading data - QA Excel Budgeting - QA Budget Manager VAT Returns - MTD Supplier remittances - Spindle CAS currently uses Tensor as its HR System. This HRIS system must have a good basic functionality to allow CAS to collect and store employee information and support the HR team to perform their role in end-to-end human resources management. This is all hosted locally by CAS IT Services, on a number of virtual Windows Servers running server 2012 R2, IIS, MS SQL Server (where required) and linked by a 10GB network backbone. For information we have recently outsourced our payroll, the only link to the Ledger is the monthly journal to update the ledger and through the banking journal to update the payments processed. There is the need to upgrade or replace, and in particular replace the Budget Management product which we use extensively as it is no longer supported. We require to update systems, to ensure ongoing compatibility with our IT infrastructure, and to enhance efficiencies. This Quote is to cover an update/replacement of the necessary systems - in line with the requirements - along with 3 years ongoing support contract.",
