Notice Description
The project proposes to deliver and full refurbishment of an existing building: This to re-purpose the use and extend its useful life; provide fit for purpose, modern flexible facilities to create a functional and flexible building; in this case it is to serve as a Community Library, small Customer Service Centre with Exhibition area and functional spaces for meetings and CSC/Library space. A new entrance and lift accommodation will be provided. A substantive public realm area will be created with a thoroughfare linking the Cross and Bridge Streets to the public car park and access across the Anne watercourse link via Church Lane to Polworth Street.
