Loreburn HA require a development delivery partner that can provide Design and / or Build services for new build projects in Dumfries & Galloway. The successful bidder must be able to deliver projects from, but not restricted to, acquisition of sites, design, cost planning and full delivery utilising Modern Methods of Construction. The successful bidder must also be able to finance the non subsidised element of the development costs with a investment model that is agreed by both parties.. LHA is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations to enable LHA to enter into discussion and gather feedback from the market about our plans for the afore mentioned Procurement as part of our early market engagement activities.
