The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland) (NSS) are putting in place a call off from the Additional Call Centre Services Capacity Framework Agreement for the NSS National Contact Centre (NCC). Two suppliers are appointed to the call off contract with 50% of additional support requirements allocated to each supplier.
Options: 12 month award with option for additional 12 months extension
