Digitisation of Building Control, Planning Road Construction and Other General FilesThis notice is for a further competition call-off from Lot 2 Document Management of the Commodities Reserved for Supported Businesses Framework (SP-18-11). All parties will be bound to the terms and conditions of the Framework.The files to be processed relate to building warrants, planning applications and road construction consents. There is also a requirement for the processing of a small volume of general files.All files are detailed within the specification document, together with details of both minimum and specific requirements.Suppliers can attend on-site to have sight of the documents to be processed. The completion timeline will be agreed as required by the Council however the supplier must have the facility to securely uplift and store all records from our site to facilitate clearance of the building.Suppliers should carefully read the instructions document attached and return appropriate submissions in accordance with the prescribed timescale.Bids will be evaluated through a corporately approved process on the basis of an 80:20 ratio of quality and price respectively. More details are provided within the instructions document.Bids should be submitted by 11pm on Wednesday 10 May 2023.
