Utilising Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM6226 Debt Resolution Services Lot 17: Spend Analytics and Recovery Services (Utilities Spend Recovery Review)Police Scotland require a Supplier to provide a utilities spend recovery review, it is expected that this service will be wholly desktop based, the Supplier will perform a thorough and detailed analysis of all invoices, payments, and transactions relating to supply of electricity, gas, and water (clean and waste).Scots Law will be applicable for any call-off resulting from this mini-competition and therefore the Supplier will review up to 5 years of historical data in compliance with The Prescriptions and Limitation (Scotland) Act, 1973.
