Ayrshire College Associate Trainers DPS- HR and Management Training Mini-tender
Notice Description
Under the Ayrshire College Associate Trainers DPS framework, Ayrshire College is seeking suitably qualified and experiences trainers who have a track record in developing and delivering HR courses (virtually, F2F and blended - day time and evenings) to help support employers across the region and professionals who are looking to develop their skills and knowledge. Some of the topics to address are: diversity and equality; recruitment and retention; hybrid and remote working; well-being and mental health; data driven HR strategies; appealing to Generation X, Y and Z; culture and values. Courses will either be accredited or non-accredited and will be short or long, such as CMI Managing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (Level 5) and Principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusive Working Practice (CMI Unit). You must be able to support candidates and offer constructive feedback when assessing against test criteria. Training will mostly take place on Ayrshire College campuses with occasional travel to client premises. Trainers require to have a track record in delivering courses to a range of delegates including commercial and public businesses and employees. Under the Ayrshire College Associate Trainers DPS framework, Ayrshire College is seeking suitably qualified trainers for Leadership and Management with experience of delivering CMI or ILM plus Project Management trainers, ideally with CMI experience. You must be able to support candidates and offer constructive feedback when assessing against test criteria. Training will mostly take place on Ayrshire College campuses with occasional travel to client premises. Trainers require to have a track record in delivering courses to a range of delegates including commercial and public businesses and employees.
