Notice Description
Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one contractor for the servicing and upgrading of ventilation units over a four-year period.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The Works comprise of the Ventilation Servicing and Upgrades at varying "house types" build 1968 onwards. The installation will include each property having a bathroom and kitchen extract fan installed if no existing fans have been fitted. Additionally, a separate circuit for all fans must be installed from the main consumer to each fan all in accordance with the Employers Requirements.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
