Notice Description
West Lothian College have developed a Net Zero Plan with a view to embedding Scotland's colleges aims in achieving the net zero target within all activities that take place within West Lothian College. The College are looking to accelerate its programmes of work and have funding approved for a second GPSEDS Capital funded project. The intention of the project is to achieve the f achieve annual energy and carbon emission savings, and revenue savings therein, by retrofitting an agreed range of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) :Full details in Tender Documentation
