Sharepoint Development & Implementation
Notice Description
Victim Support Scotland (VSS) requires development and implementation of our existing Microsoft Share point online platform to support our aim of improving the experience of people affected by crime aligned to our strategic plan: "Empowering People Affected by Crime" Developing an innovative intranet will further meet the needs of evolved practice and dynamic collaborative working across our estate providing a customised information sharing and document management system to full audience of users (circa 350 with adaptability to reach 500+) including Volunteers, Trustees and Staff across Scotland. Delivery of the product will assist site owners improve the quality, impact, and functionality of the sub-sites that they build in existing SharePoint for use by internal audiences in accordance with VSS policy and practice standards. The successful applicant will be dedicated to drive the project concurrently with a team of subject matter experts conducted by a VSS project lead. Regular communications and weekly progress updates will be necessary to ensure timely delivery inclusive of design, build, migration and test. You will design and build the intranet to operate to performance, data protection and security standards as agreed with VSS. Following delivery, you will transfer functionality, reporting and governance knowledge to VSS ICT Team and internal communications team.
