Notice Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a single supplier to deliver a robustly assessed shortlist of sites across Scotland which have the potential to support commercial large-scale green hydrogen production. The aim of producing this short-list of suitable sites is to expedite the identification of suitable locations for potential inward investment enquiries, increasing the likelihood of successful engagement with commercial partners. This project will support Scottish Enterprise's mission to create an internationally competitive green energy industry in Scotland by 2030 and the UK and Scottish Government's ambitions for Hydrogen production. Full details of the contract opportunity are available within the ITT. The contract is anticipated to start towards the end of January 2024, with a completion of end June 2024. The contract value is estimated to be between GBP75,000 and GBP85,000 (excl VAT).

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
