Historic Environment Scotland (HES) has awarded a contract for the provision of a customer relationship management system. The purpose of this contract will be to organise and automate business processes to enable HES to manage all aspects of its membership and other customer-related relationships and their activities from desktop and mobile platforms. The services to be provided will include: - Membership Management - Fundraising & Donation Management - Gift Aid Declaration Processing - Direct Debit Processing & Payment Gateway - Marketing & Communication Management - Website Integration and Portals

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at its sole discretion exercise this option.
