To provide specialist design and project management consultation services for the new Clinical Research Imaging Centre 4 project based in Queen's Medical Research Institute (QMRI) at Edinburgh Bioquarter.

Mather Consulting are realistically the only supplier that the University is aware of that can meet the specialist M&E design technical requirement to support the design team within the required timescale; this is because of the complexity of the project which are live environments with various health and safety restrictions due to radioactive materials handling.
Procurement Information
The University's technical requirement includes working towards a tight and strict timescale stipulated within grant terms. Mather Consulting supported in completing the design (stage 1 feasibility study for CRIC 4) and are realistically the only supplier that can meet the technical requirement within the timescale.
