The A827 road is a key route in the area and road closure duration must be minimised. The works will require the Contractor to; Plan and programme the works to be complete within (or less than) the given road closure duration. Ensure compliance with ecological licence requirements Erect traffic diversion and take full road closure Install rockbag scour protection in River Tay Install temporary works as required Remove existing failed gabions basket wall Rebuild new gabion wall Reconstruct road surface Install new vehicle restraint system The Contractor should note the extensive environmental constraints, licences, and species protection plans. An Ecological Clerk of Works will be employed by the Client to monitor compliance with these requirements.",
