Lot Information

Lot 1

This procurement was completed via Non Competitive Action route due to the following justification: Competition is absent for technical reasons, but only where no reasonable alternative or substitute exists and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement. The Royal (Dick) School within the University of Edinburgh for several years have worked from the original SEBI Project and has put a lot of time and effort into building and producing data visualisations. The continuity and consistency of data throughout the remaining term of the project is key, introducing another system could significantly distort data and have a negative impact on the accuracy of our research findings.
