The University of Strathclyde conducted this procurement exercise to secure a supply partner to conduct an annual Employee Engagement Survey to assess and enhance the level of engagement and well-being among our staff members across the University. The survey will provide a safe space for our staff to express their opinions, concerns, and suggestions. This will allow us to identify the key drivers that impact engagement positively or pain points that hinder employee engagement. This survey will be launched in October 2024 and annually thereafter. We will also conduct a pulse survey mid-2025 on a separate topic but will retain on key engagement question which allows us to track our staff engagement score in every survey.
