Funding has been provided internally. This has resulted in CC having PS48k to purchase an IoT solution including LoRaWAN based sensors, back-office management system, connection and installation across the local authority area in CC owned Social Housing. In this procurement we are seeking to purchase and install battery powered and wireless temperature, relative humidity and CO2 sensors in each property. The list of properties will include a mix of house sizes and styles across the Council's geographical area and will aim to target tenancies where there has been past experience, reports and/or complaints of damp, condensation, condensation related mould growth etc. over the last 2- 3 years.
