This requirement is to procure and implement a single new system to handle waste disposal and manage waste data for Fife Resource Solutions (FRS), this should also include the tracking of Energy from Waste material that FRS/ Resource Efficient Solutions (RES) deal with once landfill bans come into force. Fife Resource Solutions manages waste treatment and disposal on behalf of Fife Council. Fife Resource Solutions are an arm's length organisation and operate a commercial trading company called Resource Efficient Solutions which offer a recycling and waste collection service throughout Scotland.
