Telecare Monitoring and Out of Hours Call Service - Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) - CE-23-113
Notice Description
Trust wishes to engage a suitable Alarm Receiving Centre to provide telecare monitoring, as well as an Out of Hours Repair Call service, to sheltered housing developments throughout Scotland in compliance with the TSA Code of Practice. The Alarm Receiving Centre will be required to facilitate the switchover from analogue to digital equipment within the scope of the contract.

This ITT is being carried out in accordance with the open procedures as set out in the directives in Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 and Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The contract is available for additional extension periods, initially for 2 years, then subsequently for 1 year each. Availability will be subject to satisfactory contract performance, the continued contract requirements, and subsequent offer and acceptance. The total maximum contract term available is 10 years (3+2+1+1+1+1+1).
