As part of its five-year strategic plan, Edinburgh University Press (EUP) is looking to procure a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, to increase the visibility of communication with customers, agents and potential contributors across all teams. This will also support the sales and marketing teams in capturing and tracking sales opportunities, with the ultimate aim of increasing sales revenue. Contract is for an initial 3-month system implementation and then a 6-month support contract, with an option to extend for an additional 4 years (4 x 12 months)
