We are seeking a qualified contractor to provide a reactive service for the repair and replacement of glazing across the Moray area.

We are seeking a qualified contractor to provide a reactive service for the repair and replacement of glazing across the Moray area. The successful contractor will also be required to carry out repairs to window ironmongery. Key responsibilities will include attending sites, both during and outside of normal working hours, to perform temporary repairs and make safe any identified hazards prior to conducting permanent repairs. The contractor must be able to work with a variety of window types, including PVC, metal, timber, and aluminium-clad frames, as well as some door types. The contractor will be expected to meet the following response times for attendance: - Emergency: 4 hours - Urgent: 24 hours - Standard: 5 working days - Unclassified: 20 days, or as mutually agreed The successful contractor must be capable of working on all types of buildings and should demonstrate a proven ability to safely work at height and within occupied premises. The contract duration will be 3 years plus a 12 month optional extension. Please express your interest by 19th December 2024.
