Further competition to award an exclusive national single supplier contract for the supply of Multi Functional Devices and Associated Services to NHS Scotland Health Boards.

Lot 1
A further competition being run nationally on behalf of NHS Scotland Health Boards to award a single supplier, exclusive contract for the supply of multi functional devices and associated services. The contract may be used by all mainland and island NHS Scotland Health Boards and Special Boards (including the Common Services Agency) and by all entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (i.e. all NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards and the Authority or other NHS organisations established pursuant to the NHS (Scotland) Act 1978) and any Integrated Joint Boards established pursuant to the new Public Bodies (Joint Working) Scotland Act 2014. All Scottish Hospices. The further competition is being run from the Scottish Procurement Managed Print Solutions Framework. The single supplier awarded will become the exclusive supplier of these products and services for the duration of the call off contract. N.B. the call off contracts shall be at board level (1 per Board) and not a single national contract.. The total spend noted is from current approximate annual spend of 3.3m gbp over the planned duration of 5 years + 2 x 12 month optional extension periods.
