Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise is seeking to put in place a contract for a legal research and information resource. It is anticipated that the employees of SE engaging with the Services will be the SE Legal Team, and legally qualified colleagues across other departments. The supplier must be able to provide a comprehensive legal research resource accessible to the purchaser on an on-demand basis. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in early March 2025 for an initial period of 24 months.

Scottish Enterprise is seeking to put in place a contract for a legal research and information resource. It is anticipated that the employees of SE engaging with the Services will be the SE Legal Team, and legally qualified colleagues across other departments. Users of the Services require an online, on-demand resource allowing them to access information, practice notes, templates and updates on various areas of law, to assist them in delivering the role as detailed above. The Services are being sought as a means to stay up to date on legal developments and access accurate, reliable and current information relevant to ongoing projects and queries.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The contract will be for an initial duration of 24 months with the option to extend for an additional 2 periods of up to 12 months each.
