Notice Description

Lot 1

Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience (refer to SPD document) for gutter cleaning, roof anchor testing and roof maintenance works. Bidders must achieve the minimum threshold of 65% for the SPD submission to have their Quality and Price Tender evaluated. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Quality Questionnaire submitted as part of this tender process.

Renewal: Option for 12 months (Year 4) plus 12 months (Year 5) extension
