    The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is looking to assess market interest in the Supply of Legio Blocks to the Bankhead and Seafield Waste Transfer Stations (WTS). The Council is considering procurement options for the site in order to identify the most appropriate route to market for the delivery of this opportunity. Legio blocks are extremely large and heavy concrete blocks weighing approximately 1.76 Tonne used to build ‘bays’ in the transfer stations to store waste before it is sent off to processors. The Council requires both full blocks and half sized blocks.
