The service extends to the hardware, software, third-party warranty management, disaster recovery and personnel to perform the technical support, planning, process management and administration of the service. The CCS Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement (RM6100) (Lot 3 - Operational Services Service Group 3a - End User Services) was chosen as it provides the services, processes and tools required to manage the provisioning, capacity, performance, security and availability of the Council's corporate end user devices. By conducting a mini competition from this framework ensures best value for the Council.
