Notice Description

Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc garden maintenance works to River Clyde Homes housing stock. These works will only arise as and when HFS's own internal Grounds Team is unable to facilitate them. A description of the anticipated works is listed within the pricing schedule at Appendix B. The successful company will have access to use HFS's Green Waste Skip, situated at our depot in Greenock, for any relevant waste related to the contract works if so desired. There may also be a requirement for ad-hoc small hard landscaping, slabbing, fencing, drainage, brickworks, and removal of bulk waste from garden areas.

Renewal: HFS may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
