Timber Preservation and Dampness Remedial Works in Council Housing Properties
Notice Description
Falkirk Council wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Timber Preservation and Dampness Remedial Works in Council Housing Properties which may be affected by dampness, condensation, rot and related damage. Contractors will be expected to propose a programme of treatment, repair and renew the affected property. The framework agreement will incorporate requirements for both Occupied and Void properties.
Lot Information
Lot 1 Remedial Works to Occupied Properties, including Survey
Survey and Inspection of affected properties, including the provision of specifications of works and estimated quotes for required remedial repairs, incorporating programmes of work with start and completion dates. This includes the treatment, repair and renewal of areas affected by dampness, water penetration, decay, condensation, insect damage and wood rot. Associated Remedial works including electrical, plumbing and central heating works.
Remedial Works to Void Properties including Full Property SurveySurvey and Inspection of affected properties, including the provision of specifications of works and estimated quotes for required remedial repairs, incorporating programmes of work with start and completion dates. This includes the treatment, repair and renewal of areas affected by dampness, water penetration, decay, condensation, insect damage and wood rot.
