Summary of the contracting process

The City of Edinburgh Council’s Community Led Improvement Programme framework covers greenspace improvement and community development on Council-owned land in Edinburgh. Lot 2, Delivery of Improvement Projects, was awarded to Earth in Common, Edible Estates, Edinburgh & Lothians Greenspace Trust, Granton Community Gardeners, P1 Solutions, Impact Arts and Wester Hailes Growing Communities; its value is £880,000. Both contracts were signed on 14 September 2026 and run for 720 days, with an option to extend by 12 months. Quality counted for 70% and price for 30%.
