This is a highly specialised consultancy requiring skilled mediators/investigators who understand the challenges that NHS Highland is dealing with and can respond efficiently and effectively to the needs to mobilise a healing process across Highland. CMP are already working with NHS Highland by providing mediation and investigation support and this additional work dovetails very well with their existing role - essentially an extension to the work that they are doing.
