Notice Description
The Forres Conservation & Heritage Scheme (FCHS) will support the regeneration of Forres Town Centre by offering to conserve and enhance the historic built environment via repairs programmes for priority projects, grants schemes for homeowners and businesses, public realm improvements, exploring solutions to vacant properties, traditional skills training, community heritage activities, interpretation and enhancing social interaction/greening of the Conservation Area. The scheme will invest 3.35 million in the Forres Conservation Area and will run from January 2025 until December 2029. We have a number of upcoming projects where we will be using the Quick Quote (QQ) Facility on Public Contracts Scotland to publish individual QQ's.

The Forres Conservation & Heritage Scheme (FCHS) will support the regeneration of Forres Town Centre by offering to conserve and enhance the historic built environment via repairs programmes for priority projects, grants schemes for homeowners and businesses, public realm improvements, exploring solutions to vacant properties, traditional skills training, community heritage activities, interpretation and enhancing social interaction/greening of the Conservation Area. The scheme will invest 3.35 million in the Forres Conservation Area and will run from January 2025 until December 2029. More detail on development of the scheme can be found on the website: https://www.moraysgreatplaces.com/ We have a number of upcoming projects where we will be using the Quick Quote (QQ) Facility on Public Contracts Scotland to publish individual QQ's. We want to ensure we target the correct suppliers for each project and want to engage with the market, please see attached listed projects with indicative dates for publication. These will be required over the next 6 months. Please check the attachment for any projects you may be interested in bidding for and reply via the Question and Answer facility within this notice. Please add your name and the number preceded with 18 for example 18/1243 when messaging so that it's clear what project you are referring to and confirm that you would have the capacity should you be invited to quote. Please express an interest and confirm the projects you are interested in by 5pm 17/10/2025 on Q&A Facility.. Please ensure you add your name and project number to the message when informing us. If you want to ask a question relating to one of the projects please ask this on a separate question and do not add your name as any answers will be distributed out to all interested parties.
