Notice Description
Fife Council requires a modern, accessible, and user-friendly website to serve as a central hub for communication, information sharing, and engagement with our stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and visitors. The existing website is due for replacement, and we are seeking a new supplier to work alongside Fife Council's internal web team to design and build, as well as host and support, a high-quality, secure, and scalable website. This includes the migration of existing content and ongoing CMS support. The solution must comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, align with UK Government Digital Service (GDS) Design Principles, ensure high uptime, security, and performance, and offer value for money over a minimum three-year contract term.
