The scope of this project is to procure and implement a new Digital Dictation System (DDS) for NHS Western Isles, operational by 1st April 2026, to replace the current system which expires on 31st March 2026.
Renewal: The contract will have a minimum term of 3 years with the option to extend for two further terms of 12 months each.
