Abertay University intends to enhance its digital presence, media intelligence and reputation management capabilities through the procurement of two complementary solutions under a four-year contract. The requirement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - Media Monitoring and Reputation Tracking Tool Lot 2 - Social Media Management and Scheduling Tool These solutions will support proactive monitoring, engagement and reporting across digital, print and social media channels while ensuring operational efficiency, strong security and full regulatory compliance. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. While the solutions are expected to operate effectively alongside one another within the University's wider digital environment, there is no requirement for direct integration between Lot 1 and Lot 2 solutions. Both platforms must, however, support integration with the University's exiting systems and standard exchange mechanisms where appropriate.
