The Provision of a Media Monitoring and Distribution Platform
Notice Description
Abertay University intends to enhance its digital presence, media intelligence and reputation management capabilities through the procurement of two complementary solutions under a four-year contract. The requirement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - Media Monitoring and Reputation Tracking Tool Lot 2 - Social Media Management and Scheduling Tool These solutions will support proactive monitoring, engagement and reporting across digital, print and social media channels while ensuring operational efficiency, strong security and full regulatory compliance. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. While the solutions are expected to operate effectively alongside one another within the University's wider digital environment, there is no requirement for direct integration between Lot 1 and Lot 2 solutions. Both platforms must, however, support integration with the University's exiting systems and standard exchange mechanisms where appropriate.

Media Monitoring and Reputation Tracking Tool
The successful bidder must provide a comprehensive monitoring and analytics platform capable of tracking media activity across digital, print and social channels. The tool must enable the university to evaluate sentiment, identify emerging issues, benchmark performance and produce reliable insights for strategic communication planning.
Renewal: Optional 12 Month Extension
Social Media Management and Scheduling ToolThe successful bidder must deliver a platform to support streamlined content planning, cross-channel engagement and performance analytics for the University's social media activity.
