This contract is for the supply of fresh fish to various care homes across Fife. The types of fish required includes but is not limited to haddock, smoked haddock (yellow), smoked haddock (undyed), lemon sole, salmon, trout, smokies, peppered mackerel, kippers, boned kippers, cod, kering, sea bass fillets, whole sea bass, scraps.. Fife Council may require additional purchases under this contract which have not been specifically detailed in the "specification" however any additional purchases will be in full accordance with the requirements of Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
