Notice Description
A National Clinical Patient Management solution, predominantly to support community urgent and Out of Hours care services however a number of other community-based and external services will utilise the service. A potential contract may consolidate territorial health boards, special health boards and partner organisations under a single technical solution, offering opportunities for standardisation, ease of data sharing, cross-board working and efficiency savings for support and maintenance.

PSD Scotland is interested in all software products available on the market. They must have the ability to integrate with current GP IT Systems, eHR, NHS 24, Emergency Care Summary, and other digital systems used within NHS Scotland and its partner organisations. This PIN Is published to inform a market research exercise carried out in advance of any formal procurement process. It is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. Any information provided will be used to inform NHS Scotland's planning and decision making and may or may not result in a future tendering exercise. A Market Research Questionnaire can be downloaded from the Additional Documents area and returned as instructed within the document by noon on Tuesday 23 June 2026.
