The original call-off, awarded in March 2024, covered the supply of Cisco network hardware, associated licences, professional services for installation, and Year 1 maintenance. Following implementation, additional operational requirements resulted in two variations: (1) the purchase of additional Cisco Catalyst switches and supporting professional services to accommodate office moves at Ballater Street, and (2) the extension of maintenance services for Years 2 and 3 (2025-2027) to ensure continued support, break-fix cover and software entitlement. A contingency has also been included to cover any further requirements within the contract period up to March 2027
