The overall objective of this Contract is to engage a suitably experienced contractor to inspect, test, maintain and carry out reactive repairs to Fire damper 2026-2031 for the Facilities management. This is a new requirement and it involves planned and reactive maintenance to the fire dampers within various properties council wide

This Tender Procedure shall be conducted in accordance with an below Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) Threshold Open Tender Procedure relating to a services Contract.

Renewal: Contract Period of 3 years with the Council holding the option to extend for two additional periods of up to one year.
