Notice Description
Partick Housing Association (PHA) and Partick Works Limited (PWL) is seeking to appoint an independent research organisation to design, deliver and analyse a comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Survey. For PHA, this is in line with Scottish Housing Regulator requirements, including data required for the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC).

Lot 1
Partick Housing Association and Partick Works Ltd wish to commission an independent survey of our c1,800 social rented tenants, c1,550 factored homeowners and 81 Mid Market Rent (MMR) tenants to measure satisfaction with their homes and the quality of housing, factoring and other services we provide. We deliver a wide range of activities and consider customer focus, the customer experience and customer satisfaction to be of fundamental importance to us.
