CashBack for Communities is a Scottish Government programme which reinvests criminal assets recovered through the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) into projects delivering positive futures for our young people. The programme is aligned with key youth and adult justice strategies and uses assets recovered to grant fund early intervention and preventative projects that target young people (age 10-25) most at risk of becoming involved with ant-social behaviour or crime. Programme work includes youth work, sport, family support and expanding young people's opportunities to develop their interests and skills. The Service Provider will support the delivery of Phase 7 of the Cashback for Communities programme until the end of September 2029. This will include providing CashBack partners with support and advice relating to the core functions they must undertake under the Cashback programme, including compliance, performance management, finance, administration, learning and insight, communications and evaluation.
