Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) stand to benefit, particularly those capable of providing compliance, performance management, and project evaluation services. The role also involves subcontracting opportunities, such as website management and external evaluation support, which may appeal to technology firms and evaluation experts. Engaging in this project can enhance a business's portfolio in public service delivery and community development, expanding their market reach and potentially leading to further government contracts.
