Notice Description
Argyll and Bute Council on behalf of the Integration Joint Board (IJB) are seeking a consultant experienced in the area of social care, to lead on key aspects of our transformation programme regarding Adult Care at Home Services in Argyll and Bute and, alongside service management, lead on the implementation of the service changes.

The HSCP requires a consultant experienced in this subject area to work alongside the existing service management to design and implement change over a 2 year period. The programme will: Undertake a comprehensive review of current Care at Home services and practise and provide evidence based, context-specific and tailored recommendations for service improvement and transformation; Develop the service transformation plan and implement it over a 2 year period; Delivery of a communications and change management strategy; Collaborate with stakeholders to co produce the plan and implement it in line with the partnership ethos of the HSCP.
