Notice Description

The Authority seeks to appoint a single supplier to provide external hospitality and events catering services at the Alexander Graham Bell Centre (AGBC), UHI Moray.

Lot 1

Please note the scope of this requirement is contained within 'Appendix H - Specification'. In summary, the Contractor shall provide hospitality catering supplies and services for internal and external events held at the Alexander Graham Bell Centre for Digital Health [AGBC], which hosts approx. 350 events per annum. The events will vary with busier times being February - April and September - November. There are occasions where catering will be required for two or more events at the same time. The approx. pattern of demand would be around 3 - 4 events per week at peak times. The number of delegates per event will vary between 10 - 150 with a maximum of two hundred. Average number per event will be in the region of 50 - 60.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for two (3) x twelve (12) month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Authority requirement.
