The University of Stirling is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide Water Hygiene Planned Preventative Maintenance Services associated with Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs), Cold Water Storage Tanks (CWSTs) and Calorifiers across the University estate. The works are anticipated to be procured under the University of Stirling standard terms and conditions. The project consists of the planned preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, servicing and reporting associated with the University's domestic water hygiene assets including: - Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) - Cold Water Storage Tanks (CWSTs) - Calorifiers The maintenance regime shall align with ACOP L8, HSG274 Part 2 and SFG20 maintenance principles.. The published estimated contract value is based on a 2 years period contract + 12 month optional extension.

Renewal: Extension option is 12 month (so maximum contract could reach 36 month if the option to extend is used by the University). Renewal time in 1.5 or 2.5 years depending on extension being used or not.
