It is intended that there will be up to three contractors appointed to the framework.

A comprehensive right to repair service shall be provided and is classified as right to repair as based on the statutory scheme, emergency, urgent, routine and void, each with the appropriate response times detailed in the summary of client requirements contained elsewhere within this document and in the following conditions. It is intended that thee will be up to three contractors appointed to the framework.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period
