HES is looking for a Service Provider to provide an integrated professional Facilities Management Service, covering both planned and re-active maintenance services thereby ensuring a continuous and coordinated delivery for initially 2 buildings in Edinburgh however there may be other buildings added during the life of the contract. This is to ensure a safe building environment for users and so we can ensure we are meeting the necessary building regulation requirements.
